Human Resource Development

In the Human Resource Development (HRD) program, students are prepared to assume strategic leadership roles after graduation. Coursework is designed to enable students to develop skills to motivate and evaluate personnel through collaboration, conflict resolution, and effective communication.

Students in graduate HRD programs have access to Drexel’s professional resources. The School of Education is recognized as a member of The Academy of Human Resource Development: Program Excellence Network that includes 30 of the best HRD programs in the nation.
