Drexel’s Hospitality, Culinary and Food Science area (HCFS) offers undergraduate programs that prepare you for careers in the dynamic, global world of travel, tourism, fine foods, and culinary science. Drexel’s emphasis on experiential training is underscored by unique features such as its pioneering cooperative education program, in which students work full-time during their studies in a program-related industry, and the Study Abroad program that enables students to take their studies overseas.

Expansive facilities, including the Academic Bistro and state-of-the-art laboratories, combine on-the-job-training with rigorous academics taught by faculty who are leading industry practitioners and scholars.
