We are proud to announce two new dining options for you this summer at the Academic Bistro debuting Monday, July 9. Co-op managers Adam Chambers (senior, Hospitality Management) and Zach Seidenberg (senior, Culinary Arts) have developed two great concepts, making the Bistro the perfect place to spend some time this summer.
The Bistro Coffee Shop
Hours: Mon.-Fri., 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
The Bistro Luncheon Buffet
Hours: Mon.-Fri., 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
The perfect place to grab an on-the-go bite and drink. The menu features coffee from local roaster Café Excellence, cappuccino and espresso drinks, frozen smoothies, and freshly-baked goods.
All-you-can-eat rotating menu crafted with locally-sourced ingredients, and featuring hot entrees, fresh garden salads, and scrumptious desserts. One vegetarian dish presented daily. The Bistro style lunch menu also includes light fare such as salads, panini, and sandwiches.
Both venues are located on the 6th floor of the Paul Peck Problem Solving and Research Building (101 N. 33rd Street). Lunch is $10 per person for dine-in and take-out. The Bistro proudly accepts Dragon Dollars and cash in both the dining room and coffee shop.
Reservations are recommended, but not required.
The Bistro also has a private dining area available for up to 14 guests. Reservations for that room can be made by contacting Tim Flohr at email@example.com or 215-895-5822.
