We are proud to announce two new dining options for you this summer at the Academic Bistro debuting Monday, July 9. Co-op managers Adam Chambers (senior, Hospitality Management) and Zach Seidenberg (senior, Culinary Arts) have developed two great concepts, making the Bistro the perfect place to spend some time this summer.
