• Develop online offerings and establish learning contracts with clients.
• Serve as learning consultants for clients, and assist with the development of learning strategies helping them to integrate learning into their succession and professional development planning.
• Develop and administer conferences and innovative professional experiences.
• Develop special offerings with professional associations including the provision of CEUs for professional certifications.
• Develop e-learning platforms and corporate universities for clients to serve as repositories for human resource information and activities including learning programs to support the professional development strategies.

• Develop of online credit courses at Drexel University assisting academic programs with the creation of new online credit courses and the conversion of face-to-face offerings into online and blended courses.
